Archery Club 01/19/11

Archery Club began with students completing Worksheet B (Labeling parts of the arrow). Followed by reviewing the parts of the bow. Once the review was over, students began warming up by shooting from 5 yards. After the warm up students practiced shooting from 10 yards. At the end of class the students participated in a shooting contest. The contest consisted of shooting four 3D targets and one regular target from 5 yds. and 10 yds. The 3D targets were a coyote, 2 deer (Buck and Doe), and a turkey.
